OPERATION CHRISTMAS CHILD: The Wednesday evening Women's class is working hard to put together Christmas shoe boxes for Operation Christmas Child. This month they are collecting balls, hair brushes, combs and "hair stuff". January thru June items were plastic shoe boxes, small toy or stuffed animals, flashlights and batteries, toothpaste and tooth brushes, washcloths and soap and socks and undies. You may still donate all of the items listed.
COMPASSION INTERNATIONAL MOTHER'S DAY BREAKFAST: Thanks to the great folks at Round Grove, we raised enough support to continue the sponsorship of the 2 children from Southern Mexico ($875.00). A big thanks to all involved, including the GUYS and gals who helped in the kitchen, those who attended, prayed, helped with table decorations or had any part in the breakfast. In addition, 11 children were sponsored and their lives and their sponsor's lives will be changed! Hallelujah!!! Nancy Young
ROUND GROVE (High School) YOUTH: Mission trip to Mexico. Pray for them as they continue to prepare for their trip, for travel mercies and ask the Lord to walk before them. They will leave here on July 18th and return on July 25th.
HAITI: Steve, Faith and Jacob Leach
Steve and Faith will be leaving the U.S. on Monday to return to Haiti. Please pray for them. Pray for a safe journey and for God's grace, mercy and wisdom as they transition back in to daily life in Haiti.

GRACE MCALPIN: Grace, her husband Joe and sons Sean and Caleb were missionaries for Wycliffe Bible Translators in the Philippines for many years. They spent a great number of those years translating the New Testament for the Agta people there. Before they moved back to the U.S. in 2008, Grace spent several years translating the Book of Genesis for the Agta. Grace has asked us to be a part of the distribution of the Book of Genesis to the Agtas. Her need is a financial one ($2,000). She has been asked, by Wycliffe, to travel to the Philippines to take Genesis to the people she has loved and served for a great part of her life.
VACATION BIBLE SCHOOL MISSIONS PROJECT
Last year's VBS mission's project was to help purchase the Accelerated Christian Education curriculum for the children of Pillar of Hope Orphanage in Reynosa, Mexico. With the help of many of you, our VBS kids collected over $4,000.00 for the children. This year our goal is to raise $1800.00 to cover the cost of school uniforms for all of the children at the orphanage.
